Dynamic Physician or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Are you a licensed Physician or Nurse Practitioner in Illinois or Florida, seeking flexibility and growth?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of care and clinical outcomes.
- Conduct telehealth assessments using our ATP™.
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits, new illness, and follow-up exams.
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses for home-bound patients.
- Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale and professional practice guidelines.
- Manage medications for optimal therapeutic results.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop treatment plans.
- Communicate with office staff regarding administrative issues and patient schedules.
- Chart electronically using our EHR system, completing and signing notes, and submitting superbills for same-day services.
- Ensure coding and documentation are complete, accurate, timely, and meet reimbursement levels.
- Meet all provider credentialing and QI standards.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using Telehealth Technology.
- Proven experience as a Physician, Physician’s Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER, or other settings.
- Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices.
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ethics and team spirit with a positive attitude.
- Patience and cool-headedness.
- Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.
- Valid state medical license in Illinois or Florida (additional state licenses preferred).
- Valid DEA number.
