Providers must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with AANPCP, ANCC or NCCPA; have an active North Carolina State License, DEA number, be (or willing to become) DOT Certified, current ACLS, and registered with CAQH.
Must have at least 1 year experience in ER or urgent care setting. Must be autonomous, flexible and dependable.
