The Role:
You will work with an indigenous community in a Public Schools in partnership within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatry providers, coaches and care navigators. You will work in collaboration with patients' primary care providers to guide patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, who may also have co-morbid physical health conditions, on their personalized journeys to improved mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
Here's what we have in mind for an applicant:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted Minnesota LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent license
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) though applicants who utilize a plurality of theoretical approaches are encouraged to apply;
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients/week;
- Ability to work 20 hours a week at minimum, with a preference for full-time (40hrs) applicants
