As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism. You'll provide behavioral therapy directly to clients, working closely with each child to help them grow and thrive. Additionally, you'll supervise other staff during their sessions, ensuring the highest quality of care. Your open communication with families and state directors will be essential in monitoring each client's progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
