Position:
In this premium opportunity, the Manager of the Medical Surgical Department has the primary responsibility for overseeing daily patient care operations in a rapidly growing hospital and health system. Excellent opportunity for career advancement.
Requirements:
- The apply a set of management principles to the smooth operations of the department.
- Be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services, physician relations and administrative or professional programs.
- Minimum BSN (MSN preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' nursing experience, with at least 3 of those in a leadership role in an acute medical-surgical environment.
