Headlands is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our mental health and substance treatment program contracts. We are a growing company with ongoing opportunities for REMOTE, FULL TIME WORK.
FOUR-DAY AND THREE-DAY, FT PROVIDER POSITIONS:
1. Four day M-THU positions (40 hour work week)
2. Three day FRI-SUN positions (30 hour work week)

This is a position for an experienced mid-level provider who is comfortable managing mental health conditions and low complexity primary care issues. The position is a good fit for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, can work autonomously and independently .
Related to the healthcare area we serve, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and flexibility are necessary attributes for success in this position.
This position involves the following:
- Admissions of new patients via telemedicine and follow up evaluations as needed. Work from home, no travel required.
- Review of lab results and other daily administrative tasks
- Monitor on-call thread and field nursing requests
- Manage requests from treatment programs related to patient care issues
- Ongoing supervision/education and support provided by addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists.
- We are a cohesive group of addiction specialists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are leaders in providing addiction treatment and mental health care to residential care facilities.
Successful Candidate MUST have the following:
- NP or PA license in the state of CALIFORNIA.
- Additional licensure in ONE of the following states: TEXAS, COLORADO, ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN, FLORIDA, NEW JERSEY, or INDIANA
- Efficient in multi-tasking and managing workflow. Experienced and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication.
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Experience in addiction treatment including withdrawal management
- Behavioral health experience
- Proven history of commitment/longevity in previous employment

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
