We also have Clinical Director opportunuties for BCBAs available with salaries up to $115,000 annually + bonus opportunities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
- Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism
Education/ Experience & Qualifications:
- Active current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
