We’re searching for a rockstar BCBA to join our vibrant team and help shape the future in Tennessee. Here’s how you’ll shine:
- Lead and inspire a team of Registered Behavior Technicians while overseeing cutting-edge clinical programs.
- Conduct Initial Assessments and craft top-notch Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Create and deliver parent training programs that truly make a difference.
- Mentor and support RBTs with compassion and expertise.
- Develop, manage, and refine progress reports and treatment plans that wow.
- Collaborate with our billing, coding, and insurance teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Need:
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- A valid BCBA Certification.
- The right licensure to practice in your state (because we’re all about doing things right).
- Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate.
- Stellar communication skills, both spoken and written.
