We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with early intervention clients and families to help them gain skills for continued development.
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapy services to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and strength
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving daily living activities
```Requirements```
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care, case management, and occupational health preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
